3 Bathrooms This sophisticated and stylish -recently renovated- three bedroom, two and half bath condo comes fully furnished, and it is ideal to enjoy a few relaxing days under the sun, at the beach, or the fantastic pool. You and your guests can lounge and dine in comfort in the private balcony while enjoying the front ocean view or enjoy a wide variety of activities like ATVs, Surf, horse backriding, hiking, parasailing, fishing, etc. Same day reservations must be made by 3:00pm.
Whether you want to cook for the whole family or just entertain a few guests, the modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. Other kitchen appliances include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave.
The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the kitchen and both private balconies. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, in-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the balcony.
The guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and is located just down the hall from a full guest bathroom. Premium pillows, luxurious linens, and a full-size washer and dryer unit top off the long list of amenities included with this unit.

OCCUPANCY AND ACCESS
Unless otherwise specified, rates are based on occupancy of two people per condominium bedroom (i.e., 6 people for a 3BR condo). All guests must be identified on the reservation before check-in. Access to the condo community is restricted to guests listed on the reservation.

While we are committed to minimizing disruptions, please note that this is a private endeavor on private property, and we are unable to alter the work schedule or procedures.
