Occupancy and Access
Unless otherwise specified, rates are based on occupancy of two people per condominium bedroom (i.e., 4 people for a 2BR condo). All guests must be identified on the reservation before check-in. Access to the condo community is restricted to guests listed on the reservation.
**Spontaneous visits are not allowed.**
POOL RULES
1. Pool hours 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
2. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Excess of sunblock, sunscreen
and sand must rinse off in the showers.
3. No nudity is allowed, proper swimsuits are required, babies must use swimming
diapers
4. Minors must be supervised and accompanied by an adult in charge
5. No running around the pool area
6. No jumping OR diving in the pool
7. No rough or dangerous game play
8. No glass is allowed in the pool area
9. No food or beverages are allowed inside the pool at any time
10. Pets will not be allowed in the pool area or inside the pool
11. There is no lifeguard on duty. All people use the facility at his/her own risk and in
conformance with rules and regulations
12. Music only for personal use. Please do not disturb others with loud music.
13. Romantic scenes are not allowed in the pool or common areas.
14. NO SMOKING
15. All trash, cigarettes butts, matches, etc. Must be put in a container located in the pool
area. PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE POOL CLEAN
DIAMANTE DEL SOL MANAGEMENT OR SECURITY MAY REMOVE ANY GUEST FROM
THE POOL AREA FOR LACK OF DECORUM OR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AT
THEIR OWN DISCRETION
